Sony Ericsson Kurara with Full HD Video Recording Ability Leaked
Mobile Phones | Reads from WWW
Thu 05 Nov 2009

Bookmark and Share

In typical Sony Ericsson fashion, we always hear of a leak or two near the end of the year. Last year, it was the Idou, or what is now known as the Satio. This year, leaked images of another upcoming Symbian S60 v5 device is all over the web. While no confirmation has been obtained about the Sony Ericsson Kurara as it is called, it would be great to have another mobile device capable of HD video recording on the horizon.

GSM Arena - Sony Ericsson obviously feel pretty good about working with Symbian S60 touch-operated UI as they are about to launch a second handset running it after the Satio. Nicknamed Kurara, the subject of these shots is a full-touch handset that packs some serious imaging capabilities.

There's still a pretty good chance that those photos are fan mockups but if they are not we have a pretty interesting handset coming our way. The Sony Ericsson Kurara is said to sport a 3.5" AMOLED touchscreen and an 8MP camera. The cool part is that the camera will also be able to record HD video.
